Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to partner with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform for strategic customers. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability across multiple use cases.

You will own post-sale technical strategy, align with Professional Services, enable customer success, and drive production adoption while managing executives and stakeholders. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data/AI projects or programs.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to measure business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases.
• Serve as technical lead across Databricks products for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding, PS, and Support to deliver tasks.
• Develop execution plans covering production, enablement, and adoption.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
