Maximus is hiring a Delivery Leader to oversee development, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. The role partners with managers, analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.

This fully remote position requires up to 25% travel. The role focuses on delivering COTS healthcare software, managing multi-team delivery, and ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; 7+ years of software delivery experience.
• 10+ years of software delivery experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues.
• Manage project expectations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Lead delivery of application development, systems integration, and infrastructure services.
• Define development plans and provide guidance and training to staff.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
