Job summary
Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system serving State Medicaid clients. This role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams and partners with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
This is a fully remote position with up to 25% travel; the ideal candidate has 10+ years in software delivery, strong leadership, and experience with enterprise healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software delivery experience with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid.
- Strong communication and ability to present to customers and executives.
- Experience managing matrixed teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues.
- Lead delivery across application development, systems integration, and infrastructure.
- Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and contractual standards.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, staffing, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership.
