Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system serving State Medicaid clients. This fully remote role requires up to 25% travel and partners with executives across the organization to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field; 10+ years in software delivery.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare software or COTS products.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery for enterprise healthcare software and COTS products.
• Lead multiple teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
