Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system supporting State Medicaid clients. You will lead multiple teams and ensure compliant, high-quality solutions for a COTS product, with remote work and up to 25% travel.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent delivery, effective processes, and onboarding of new State Medicaid customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of software delivery experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven delivery oversight for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery for enterprise healthcare systems and Medicaid-related projects.
• Coordinate matrixed teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality solutions.
• Provide direction across lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and rollout.
