Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
• PM planning experience (1-3 years) required.
• Technical Medicaid experience (3-5 years) required.
• Maintenance & Operations experience required.
• Technical leadership experience required.
• Continuing process improvement experience preferred.
• Managing cross functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the software engineers within the IT Applications Development team.
• Define priorities for the Software Engineering practice.
• Ensure staff follow best practices across the SDLC.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with delivery and product managers to support product delivery.
• Recruit and retain top engineering talent.
