Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale success for Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. You will lead technical delivery plans, align with sales and PS, and ensure rapid production adoption of Databricks workloads.

You will serve as the post-sale technical lead across products, collaborating with field engineering and product teams to accelerate value realization and optimize cloud costs for large, complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data/AI projects or programs for customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale technical plans and strategies for key use cases across accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and professional services to accelerate production deployments.
• Act as technical lead across Databricks products for complex workloads.
• Drive customer success by translating business value into technical outcomes.
• Provide KPI and health updates to senior leadership.
