Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive adoption and value for Startup and Emerging Enterprise customers. You will lead post-sale technical engagements, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and build executive relationships to accelerate platform usage and ROI.

You will work across enablement, product adoption, and strategic governance, reporting to a DSA Manager within Field Engineering. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid work model are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects in Data/AI.
• Proficient in Python, SQL or Scala programming.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and data platforms.
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with accountable governance.
• Experience resolving high-stakes escalations with senior executives.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for strategic Databricks use cases.
• Serve as the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products.
• Coordinate with sales, field engineering, and services teams to drive adoption and value realization.
• Develop execution plans spanning customer-facing technical roles and work streams.
• Provide KPI updates and governance on usage, health, and investments.
