Qualifications

• Experience in open-ended discovery, roadmaps, and business analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across use cases and teams.
• Coordinate with services and experts to deliver proposals.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, success, and go-live for workloads.
