Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams for production readiness and onboarding.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live of use cases.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support to deliver tasks beyond scope.
• Develop an execution plan for production, enablement, adoption, and governance of workloads.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to Technical GM.
