Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership across large strategic accounts in a hybrid role. You will coordinate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate adoption, govern production go-lives, and maximize value from Databricks workloads.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with account, stakeholder and resource management accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Can travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for the majority of use cases within strategic accounts.
• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritised customers and create execution plans.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and customer use cases to drive onboarding, enablement, success, and production.
• Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals and product delivery.
• Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
• Serve as the first technical contact for production/go-live status across accounts.
