Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States for remote work in approved states such as Arkansas. The role focuses on strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, performance analytics, and regulatory compliance across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate will conduct audits, develop performance metrics, and support state and federal audits (DHS/CMS). Collaboration and data-driven decision-making are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of professional work experience beyond degree.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills managing audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex analytical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and service delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings with recommended actions.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor sustained progress.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate audit responses with delegates and stakeholders.
• Align data across reports, submissions, and oversight tools; investigate discrepancies.
• Provide analytical guidance on performance metrics and reporting standards.
• Improve reporting workflows and analytical tools for efficiencies.
• Contribute strategic recommendations to strengthen delegated oversight.
