The role emphasizes consultative sales skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to explain complex financial options clearly.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferring consultative financial sales environments.
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment.
• Strong ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations.
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively.
• Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term outcomes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes.
• Balance empathy with direction to guide customers through complex decisions.
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls.
• Prioritize opportunities and follow up to maximize conversion.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
