Achieve is seeking a Debt Consultant to join its Debt Resolution team. You will manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers, conducting consultative discussions to understand their financial picture and guide them through debt resolution options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven success in commission-driven roles with consistent goal attainment.
• Ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations with customers.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes.
• Balance empathy with direction to guide customers through complex decisions.
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often in 1–2 calls.
• Prioritize opportunities and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
