Achieve is hiring a Debt Consultant to join our Debt Resolution team. You’ll manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers, leading consultative conversations to understand their full financial picture and guide them through personalized debt resolution steps.

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who excel at building trust quickly, balancing empathy with clear decisions, and closing opportunities, often within 1-2 calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for consultative financial sales environments.
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment.
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations.
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively.
• Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long term outcomes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
• Clearly explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes
• Balance empathy with direction, guiding customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
