Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a deals professional to lead pricing strategy development and data-driven decision making across Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will build pricing models and communicate insights to Senior Leadership, influencing contract terms and governance across multiple scenarios.

The role requires strong analytics, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to drive consensus on pricing and rebates while supporting strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop pricing strategies and models.
• Extract, manipulate, and prepare data from multiple sources to develop pricing strategies.
• Create financial models applying pricing analytics and other financial components related to the deal.
• Communicate with Senior Leadership to facilitate questions and discussions related to deal models for approval.
• Communicate key pricing and rebate strategies and recommendations while driving consensus.
• Ability to grasp economic concepts (P&L), commercial processes, systems, and controls.
• Manage execution of various price initiatives and ad-hoc analyses to support opportunities.
