Job summary

Maximus is seeking a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment. You will build reports and dashboards, deliver daily updates to the client, and conduct ad hoc analyses of trends and data to guide operational decisions.

The role is fully remote and contingent upon contract award. Candidates must be able to pass a federal background check and reside in the Continental US. Equipment will be provided to meet remote-work requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance required.
2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
Experience with MicroStrategy preferred.
Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.
Design database reports based on requester requirements to support key business strategies.
Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis for reporting solutions.
Monitor usage, upgrades, and reporting tools; ensure security of components.
Create user guides and train on usage of database reports as needed.
