Job summary

Custom Ink seeks a CRM Marketing Coordinator for a remote role in the United States. You will create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, manage CRM segments, and pull reports to surface key insights.

You’ll collaborate with Site and Sales, use Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and apply AI for audience segmentation and content ideas. A Marketing degree is preferred; Canva experience helps. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and a foundational understanding of design principles is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring they align with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data for accurate targeting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance data, identify key trends to optimize the customer journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
