Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator for a remote role eligible to residents of states Custom Ink is registered to do business in, including MS. This position focuses on hands-on CRM-driven marketing across email, SMS, and Direct Mail, with outcomes measured by data and reporting.

You will manage campaigns, customer data, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging ESPs/CDPs like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Strong analytical and design basics with Canva are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms: ESPs and CDPs such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for tasks like content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and a foundational understanding of design principles are a strong plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring they are accurate and consistent with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data to ensure accurate audience targeting and personalized messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Support campaign measurement by pulling reports, gathering and analyzing performance data, and identifying key trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams like Site and Sales to help draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Accurate setup and reporting of A/B and multi-variate test results that inform creative and segmentation strategy.
