Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator for a remote role, with eligibility tied to state registrations. You will execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns and manage CRM segments to deliver personalized messaging.

You will analyze performance, collaborate with Site and Sales, and drive testing to optimize campaigns. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of AI applications for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• A basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns consistent with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: pull reports, analyze performance, and surface trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs.
• Testing Agenda: set up and report A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
