Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, manage customer data, and deliver actionable insights. This role emphasizes collaboration with Site and Sales to craft targeted messages that strengthen customer relationships.

Remote-friendly with state residency requirement; salary range $50,000-$63,000, plus benefits. You will analyze performance, run A/B tests, and help optimize the customer journey across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on CRM or data-driven marketing experience.
• Experience with email, SMS, or Direct Mail campaigns.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and testing.
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns.
• Customer Data Management: maintain CRM segments and profiles.
• Reporting and Analysis: pull reports and analyze performance data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Site and Sales to draft briefs and gather insights.
• Testing Agenda: set up and report A/B and multivariate tests.
