Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator for a remote role within the United States. The role focuses on executing email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, while managing customer data and delivering insights to improve targeting and the customer journey.

Flexibility to collaborate with Site and Sales teams is essential. The position requires 1–3 years in CRM/digital marketing, experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years experience in CRM or data-driven marketing.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of AI for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Execution: create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using the CRM platform.
• Customer Data Management: maintain CRM segments and profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: pull reports, analyze performance, surface key insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and gather customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests.
