Custom Ink is hiring a CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from a home-based role. You’ll manage CRM segments, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams to craft customer-centric campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, focusing on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and a foundational understanding of design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns with accurate assets and scheduling.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull and analyze performance data to surface key insights for optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and gather customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to inform strategy.
