Custom Ink is hiring a remote CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns. You will manage CRM segments, analyze performance, and collaborate with Site and Sales to craft customer-centric briefs.

A strong eye for data and design will help optimize the customer journey from home-based operations. Qualifications include 1–3 years in CRM or data-driven marketing, experience with Klaviyo/HubSpot/Salesforce, and a BA in Marketing preferred.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing focusing on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms: Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and a foundational understanding of design principles.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, managing assets and scheduling sends in the CRM platform.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for accurate targeting and personalized messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance data, and surface key trends to optimize the customer journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and gather customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to inform strategy.
