Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own its premium data center relationships. You will manage a small, exclusive book and collaborate with Inside Sales and Solutions Architecture to craft multi-year programs.

You will build executive sponsorship, map total available market, and drive expansion across our power-infrastructure portfolio while protecting the installed base. This role requires deep enterprise selling and a track record with large multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic/enterprise account management or capital-equipment sales in data centre or power/industrial projects.
• Track record owning $50M+ relationships and leading long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Comfort operating at executive level and conducting consultative, co-creation motions.
• Strong commercial instincts and disciplined Salesforce forecasting hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategic account plans and relationship maps for each account.
• Build and maintain C-suite and technical-leadership relationships and sponsor executives.
• Drive expansion across MCG's power-infrastructure portfolio while protecting the installed base.
• Lead the account team and coordinate with PM, Estimating, and Services Sales on complex programs.
• Own forecasting and a healthy pipeline in Salesforce through long project cycles.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product, delivery, and leadership.
