Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Strategic Account Leader to oversee the Data Center vertical market. This position entails developing strategies for strategic accounts, managing relationships with account stakeholders, and driving growth by engaging with senior-level executives and consulting teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC and data center enterprise management, combined with excellent project management and communication skills. This role allows for remote work and collaboration across Carrier's diverse portfolio of services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience preferred with a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience preferred with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain industry knowledge of the assigned vertical.
• Create and update formalized account plans.
• Identify and expand strategic accounts and opportunities.
• Persuade customers to purchase Carrier products.
• Work closely with business unit sellers for cross-BU expansion opportunities.

Skills

HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs

Proven experience developing data center enterprise accounts

Excellent communication skills

Education
