• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or capital equipment sales.
• Experience in construction and/or data center infrastructure preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead business development initiatives targeting Contractors and Mission Critical infrastructure, including data centers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with account details, opportunities, and pipeline metrics.
