nVent is seeking a technically minded lead to partner with customers, sales and engineering, turning real-world data center challenges into practical solutions. You will be a domain authority for Smart Power Solutions and provide first-line product support while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Operations.

The role involves pre/post sales technical assistance, training, and documentation, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel up to 50% across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 30-50% across the US and Canada.
• Experience in Data Center power solutions and cooling systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions across Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
• Provide first-line product support to customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate RFIs/RFQs and provide technical application assistance for pre/post sales.
