Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or applications engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Data Center power solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions across Sales, Product Management, Operations.
• Provide first-line product support to customers and colleagues.
• Evaluate RFIs and RFQs as requested by customers.
• Provide technical application assistance for pre and post sales for Smart Power Solutions.
• Lead strategic accounts from a support perspective.
• Conduct product training for customers via Teams and on-site.
