Job summary

nVent is seeking a key technical lead to partner with customers, sales, and engineering to translate real‑world challenges into practical data center solutions.

You will be a domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions, provide first‑line product support, evaluate RFIs/RFQs, and work with the Smart Power Team to identify best fits. Travel 30–50% across US/Canada with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or applications engineering or equivalent work experience in the Data Center power industry.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Data Center power solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions across sales, product management, operations.
• Provide first-line product support to customers and colleagues.
• Evaluate customer RFIs/RFQs and provide technical pre/post‑sales support.
• Lead strategic accounts from a technical support perspective and assist with VOC visits.
