Job summary

The role requires a 100% remote work capability with travel 30-50% across US/Canada, a strong engineering background in data center power, and excellent communication skills to support customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or applications engineering or equivalent work experience in the Data Center power industry.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in a technical application's role supporting Data Center power solutions.
• Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 30-50% across US/Canada; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions across Sales, Product Management, Operations, etc.
• Provide first-line product support to customers and colleagues.
• Evaluate RFIs/RFQs and provide technical application assistance for pre/post sales.
• Lead strategic accounts from a support perspective and train customers as needed.
• Review installation guides, procedures, and operations manuals for accuracy.
