Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an SVP, Projects to lead a team of project managers delivering large-scale data center campus builds. You will define objectives, oversee timelines and budgets, and drive best-in-class delivery across multi-building campuses with global collaboration.

You will identify new business opportunities within the data center sector, mentor staff, and represent JLL with clients and hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management delivering large-scale data center campus builds or programs.
• Experience managing data center campus builds with multiple data halls and infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating utility infrastructure, power distribution and cooling for data center campuses.
• Leadership of high-performing teams with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers executing large-scale data center campus builds.
• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables for complex programs.
• Develop and implement PM strategies for multi-phase data center construction.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally across all phases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector.
