Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center construction environments.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+) mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders in active environments.
• Experience managing project financials, procurement activities, and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Generate solutions for risks, escalations, and execution challenges via cross-resource coordination.
• Manage planning, procurement, financials, and contract execution across delivery models.
• Mentor and guide PMs, APMs, and project coordinators to maintain delivery standards.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance across projects and teams.
• Oversee commissioning, shutdown planning, MOP development, and energized work coordination.
