Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced BI/Analytics professional to independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical BI platforms and systems. You will ensure content adheres to policies, train analysts, and support project go-lives while applying strong healthcare analytics skills.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Epic Cogito and BI experience, with familiarity in Cogito tools and Caboodle/Clarity certifications, plus ITIL and ServiceNow knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required; Epic Cogito certifications preferred.
• Typically requires 5–7 years of experience with Epic applications and BI tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITIL and SPM modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure performance and adherence to standards.
• Provide training and support for BI/Reporting tools and upgrades.
