Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics Administrator to configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms across healthcare environments. The role emphasizes Epic Cogito certifications and strong BI tool expertise, with focus on security, auditing, and performance.

You will mentor junior analysts, manage content lifecycles, and participate in architecture reviews and go-lives, aligning with policy and best practices across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Epic Cogito/BI tools experience.
• Typically 5-7 years of Epic applications and BI tools experience.
• Learning plan to obtain missing Epic Cogito certifications within 5 months.
• Exposure to Epic Cogito Systems, project management, and system utilization monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure performance and content adherence to policies.
• Mentor analysts and educate users on BI/reporting tools and upgrades.
• Provide on-call support, security changes, license provisioning, and go-lives.
• Manage analytics content lifecycles, audits, and content retirement.
