Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI Administrator to independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms, systems, and servers. You will ensure performance, enforce policies, and train analysts and end users in BI/reporting usage across healthcare data environments.

The role requires Epic Cogito/BI experience, Bachelor’s in CS or related field, and 5–7 years in Epic applications with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito certifications and BI tool expertise are required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems and servers.
• Monitor BI tools for performance and usage, educate analysts and end users.
• Provide support for BI reporting systems, including upgrades and security changes.
• Manage content lifecycle to avoid duplication and retire outdated content.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on healthcare IT trends.
