The role requires Epic Cogito certifications, 5–7 years of Epic BI experience, and strong collaboration across time zones in a remote office environment.

Qualificações

• Epic certifications appropriate to job function and Cogito-specific training.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with Epic Cogito exposure.
• 5–7 years of experience in Epic applications and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools for optimal performance and policy adherence.
• Provide end-user training and create job aids for BI/reporting tools.
• Manage BI/reporting systems maintenance, upgrades, security changes, and go-lives.
• Audit content creation to avoid duplication and retire outdated content.
• Document tasks to industry and organizational standards.
• Lead project work and adapt to evolving healthcare IT trends.
• Mentor junior team members in BI/reporting administration.
