Advocate Health is seeking a Full-time BI/Analytics Administrator to independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers across remote collaboration environments. You will monitor tool performance, ensure content compliance, and educate analysts on BI/reporting usage.

Epic Cogito and BI tool expertise are required. Responsibilities include on-call support, security changes, and leading analytics content lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools performance and ensure content adherence to policies.
• Train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and upgrades.
• Provide on-call support and assist project go-lives.
• Apply security changes and manage access per policy.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle and retire content when needed.
• Lead project work using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated on healthcare IT trends to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior team members in BI reporting systems.
