Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced BI/Analytics Engineer to configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise BI platforms across remote teams. The role emphasizes system performance, security, data governance, and end-user training within a healthcare BI context.

You will mentor analysts, manage lifecycle of analytics content, and stay current with EHR BI workflows and industry trends. A strong foundation in BI tooling and Epic Cogito is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• Epic Cogito certifications preferred; Cogito Tools Admin/Project Manager or Caboodle/Clarity certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools in healthcare environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers to meet operational needs.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure optimal performance and policy adherence.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems including upgrades, security changes, and go-lives.
