Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale success and adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate growth across strategic accounts, becoming the post-sale technical lead for multiple use cases.

You will engage with customers at executive levels, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and develop plans to accelerate production, onboarding, and healthy consumption of workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting role
• Understanding of distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the demand plan for prioritised customers
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for major use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Be the first contact for production/go-live issues related to use cases
• Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services and PS
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate production of key use cases
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering for new product innovations
• Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facingTechnical roles and work streams
• Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health to the Technical GM
