Job summary

Planet Green Holdings in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success to lead post-sale cybersecurity outcomes for our DLP AI platform. You will onboard customers, tailor policy settings, prevent data leaks, and quantify ROI for CISOs across Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

You’ll manage a high-impact team, collaborate with Engineering and Sales, and travel up to 30% for on-site workshops and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false positives.
• Translate frontline cybersecurity feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Brief CISOs and executives on policy implications and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Master the DLP AI Engine, tuning policies and briefing CISOs.
• Orchestrate onboarding at cyber speed with playbooks and simulators.
• Run a SOC-like health dashboard to predict churn and prevent it.
• Feed the DLP roadmap with frontline intel for zero-day defenses.
• Build and scale a world-class cyber success team.
• Triage incidents with Engineering to close gaps.
• Travel 30% for red-team workshops and executive engagements.
