Job summary

Planet Green Search is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management and Customer Success for a cutting-edge DLP AI platform. You’ll own post-sale success, onboarding global teams, and drive policy tuning with engineering to prevent data leaks.

This role is 70% remote with 30% cyber field ops, reporting to the CRO, and offers equity and health benefits in a hybrid-friendly environment. You’ll mentor a world-class team and turn customer victories into long-term seven-figure deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading TAM/CS in cybersecurity environments.
• Proven track record of driving post-sale success and onboarding for global customers.
• Ability to translate security risk into product guidance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Account Management and Customer Success post-sale.
• Lead onboarding and policy tuning with engineering to prevent data leaks.
• Monitor health signals and reduce churn with proactive playbooks.
• Drive roadmap input from customer feedback into sprint planning.
• Mentor and scale a world-class TAM/CS team.
