Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Professional Services leader to oversee a 10–15+ team delivering cybersecurity deployment, upgrade, and strategic engagements. You will drive pre‑sales activity, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while safeguarding milestones, revenue targets, and CSAT.

The role requires deep SOC/Threat Mitigation knowledge, cloud and DevOps experience, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Remote role with global collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 2+ years leading 10+ technical resources and 5+ years delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Deep SOC, Incident Response, Critical Security Controls, threat mitigation.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and operational tools (SFDC, Clarizen, G‑Suite).
• Education: Undergraduate or Master’s degree; willingness to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15+ technical consultants and manage daily operations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across SOC, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, draft SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting packages.
• Manage client relationships, escalations, and ensure project timelines.
• Onboard and manage third‑party partners and contractors.
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning and expand training content for teams.
