Palo Alto Networks, Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT as you mentor and scale a high‑performing delivery organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership of teams of 10+ engineers/consultants
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• 3+ years leading government engagements with public sector procurement and federal/SLED account growth strategies
• In‑depth knowledge of SOC environments, Incident Response, security controls, SOAR, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation
• Practical knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD DevOps workflows
• Base knowledge of the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite and proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Clarizen, and G‑Suite
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree; ability to travel up to 20% across North America
• CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch specialized consulting and automation packages
• Build strategic client relationships, serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, and safeguard project timelines
• Onboard, train, and manage third‑party partners and contractors to integrate external talent while enforcing internal quality standards
• Partner with the PMO on project planning, contribute to new service offering operationalization, and expand technical training content for internal teams
