Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned leader to guide a team of 10–15+ technical professionals and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite. You will drive pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires expertise in SOC, CSPM, CWPP, AppSec, and automation, with strong Cloud/DevOps experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources.
• Experience delivering Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements.
• Deep knowledge of SOC environments and security operations.
• Travel up to 20% across North America.
• Preferred CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC, CSPM, CWPP, AppSec, and automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, draft SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
• Maintain project milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners while ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and develop new service offerings.
