Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams of 10+; 5+ years delivering cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years leading government customer engagements with procurement/compliance knowledge (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR).
• Deep SOC, incident response, security controls, SOAR, endpoint protection, threat mitigation.
• Cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP; containers, orchestration, AppSec, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite; proficiency in SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite.
• Travel up to 20% across North America; preferred CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10-15+ consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management, promotions.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Build strategic client relationships, serve as primary escalation point for complex issues, safeguard timelines.
• Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors to integrate external talent while enforcing quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning and expansion of service offerings.
