Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrades, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive business growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high CSAT. Travel up to 20% across North America may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ technical resources.
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years leading government customer engagements with procurement/compliance knowledge (FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR).
• Knowledge of SOC, incident response, and security engineering.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, CI/CD, and AppSec.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multiple security workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
• Manage client relationships and escalations to protect project timelines.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners while enforcing quality standards.
• Support project planning with the PMO and help operationalize new services.
