Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources.
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years leading government engagements with public sector procurement knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of SOC environments, incident response, and security controls.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with the Cortex product suite and enterprise tools (SFDC, Clarizen, G‑Suite).
• Ability to travel up to 20% across North America; travel ready.
• Preferred CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi‑disciplined consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting packages.
• Build strategic client relationships and manage escalations to safeguard timelines and CSAT.
• Onboard, train, and manage third‑party partners to integrate external talent and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning and expand training content for internal teams.
