Palo Alto Networks, Inc. seeks a Senior Professional Services Leader to oversee a team of 10-15+ consultants delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT. Lead and manage delivery across SOC, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, and Automation workstreams, partnering with Sales and Account

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams of 10+ resources and 5+ years delivering enterprise cybersecurity projects.
• Experience leading government customer engagements with public sector procurement and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of SOC, incident response, threat mitigation, and security operations.
• Cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and AppSec experience.
• Familiar with Cortex product suite and operational tools like SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite.
• Education in computer engineering or related field; willingness to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors across multi-disciplined engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery in SOC, Endpoint protection, Cloud Posture, and more.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
• Manage client relationships and escalation processes to protect timelines and CSAT.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners while enforcing quality standards.
