Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a remote leader to manage a team of 10–15 technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors, delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

You will drive growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT. Qualifications include 2+ years leading teams, 3+ years in government engagements, and strong SOC/IR, cloud, and AppSec

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources and 5+ years delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years guiding government engagements with procurement and compliance frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SOC environments, IR practices, and threat mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, CI/CD, and AppSec.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and tools like SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite.
• Travel up to 20% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors, including staffing and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, AppSec, and Cloud postures.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, produce SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners; ensure internal quality standards.
